It's been a while
since I finally accepted
the end.
But I'm not gonna deny
how my heart still aches
every time I think
of how this; us ended.
And if I could go back,
I wish I could tell you this:

I stayed for too long,
I endured for too long,
not because I was weak
not because I was afraid
but because I loved you
because I believed you'd change
because I thought I was still special.

I left, not because
you skipped me
not because you ignored me
Because I no longer become your number one
Because of your uncommitted and uninterest in us

Staying with you would mean more tears to me nowadays.
I needed to stop because
